16-megapixel High Sensitivity MOS Sensor
The 16-megapixel MOS sensor integrated in the camera boasts high speed signal output and high sensitivity image recording for making many advanced features possible. The excellent S/N ratio of MOS sensor and the noise reduction system in the imaging engine makes both photo and video shot at any sensitivity from low to high boast outstanding clearness.
 
20× Optical Zoom with 28mm Ultra Wide-angle Lens
A powerful 20× optical zoom lens in a slim body draws your subjects right up close, and lets you freely capture decisive sports scenes, along with the natural expressions of people and animals.
 
POWER O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer)
The POWER O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) boasts its correction accuracy to minimize blur even when using powerful zoom and the Active Mode effectively suppress handshake vibration in video recording.
 
iA (Intelligent Auto) Mode

Full-HD Video Recording in MP4 Format

You can easily connect the camera to your smartphone / tablet by displaying the QR code on the camera screen and using the "Panasonic Image App" on the smartphone / tablet to scan the QR code. Setting-up is extremely easy and finishes within a few seconds. 
A wireless connection between the camera and the smartphone / tablet lets you use a variety of Wi-Fi functions, such as Remote Shooting, Instant Transfer, and Geotagging.
 
Remote Shooting / Remote View
With “Panasonic Image App", remote shooting is available which mean you gain extra control and monitor to utilize. Just placing a camera at a shooting position, you can go away from it. What the camera is seeing is displayed on the smartphone / tablet and zooming, setting focus, shutter release and several recording settings such as exposure compensation are controllable with a smartphone / tablet.
 
Wi-Fi Features - On the Go
  • Easy Share - You can instantly upload and share your images on SNS using the "Panasonic Image App" on a smartphone / tablet. Also, a new Photo Collage function has been added to the app to allow several images to be combined into a single image and shared.
  • Geotagging - You can tag the location information to the image by utilizing the GPS log of a smartphone / tablet and share it to the preferred SNS.
  • Wireless Image Transfer - The Instant Transfer function allows you to transfer the photo data to the designated electronic devices automatically whenever shutter is released. In playback mode, you can also touch the image displayed on the camera to transfer it directly to the smartphone / tablet right on the spot.
  • Auto Transfer - Images are transferred on your camera to a computer or other compliant devices while charging the battery via the wireless access point at 
AC / USB Battery Charging
