The optical Image Stabilizer is vital for capturing sharp images in low light or when using the full extent of the zoom. Featuring Canon’s Intelligent IS technology, the camera automatically selects the optimal Image Stabilizer mode from 8 options to ensure clear, detailed photos and movies.
Always stay connected
Show the world your latest images using Wi-Fi and NFC to connect the camera to your smartphone. Once connected, you can use the smartphone to add GPS locations to your images or to include yourself in the shot with the remote shooting function. Wi-Fi also allows you to connect with printers, PCs and other compatible devices for easy online sharing and backup.
Creative Shot
Originality is effortless with Creative Shot. Simply take a shot and the camera will analyse the scene and automatically generate five creative images plus the original unaltered photo - capturing the same subject in a variety of surprising and artistic ways. Expertise in your hands
Effortlessly point and shoot for great photos and movies thanks to Smart Auto, which detects the scene and selects perfect settings from 32 variables (21 in movies).
